Contracted Network Support

For networks with more than a few computers it's typically beneficial to have a technical resource available to your staff.  Through either a general support contract or a pre purchased block of time we are that resource.  Don't let your people waste time struggling with computer issues that we can solve faster.  That way they can stay focused on the job they were hired for.. 

Relationship Based Support

Call us when you need us.  Obviously the more were involved the more familiar we are with your systems.  Some of our oldest clients are relationship based and we know everything about their office systems.  With no contract involved we invoice about once per month and roll all the quick support calls into one item.  We charge in six minute increments which allows us to provide high quality support at very reasonable costs.
